Sandy Troupe
Percussion

Sandy is from Newark, Delaware.  She is a 1978 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School.  Sandy began playing drums in 1970.  Her first drum was a toy drum that she won by selling Christmas cards.  She took it to school not knowing it was a toy.

Sandy works for MBNA America.  Previous employment includes; Park Ranger, Correctional Officer, Nurses Aid, Food Service Supervisor, and a bodyguard.

In addition to being the percussionist for the Salem County Brass Society, Sandy has vast experience playing with many groups in the New Castle County area.  Among her experiences: Brandywine Pops Orchestra, Newark Community Band, Newark Dixie Ramblers, and the Up Beats Dixieland Band.  Sandy has also played for several musicals for ATA.
